Nestled in a preserved natural setting, surrounded by nature yet not isolated, Oasis of Greenery in Périgord is the perfect holiday home for a peaceful retreat with family or friends. Recently renovated by an architect, the house is inspired by a tobacco drying barn, once a cornerstone of the local economy. From the 17th to the 20th century, tobacco cultivation left a lasting mark on the Dordogne valley.
After several stages of intense threshing, the tobacco was sent to these drying barns before being processed and shipped to the global cigar markets. This renovation honors its history while offering refinement and comfort.

Oasis of Greenery in Périgord combines authentic charm and well-being. The fields, meadows, rocks, woods, and ancient oaks on the property add a touch of mystery to this unique environment, inviting exploration and serenity.
While we’ve added a private pool for the enjoyment of our guests, we are committed to preserving the natural balance of the area. The spring water, carefully used for irrigation and domestic needs, reflects our dedication to an eco-friendly lifestyle. Additionally, no pesticides are used, and a vegetable garden, currently under development, will soon enrich this sustainable approach.
