Immerse yourself in our Oasis of Greenery on the Caudeau Valley where a breathtaking view welcomes you in the Périgord Pourpre 15 minutes from Bergerac. We are proud to present our holiday home and look forward to welcoming you so that you feel at home.

In summer, enjoy the swimming pool, in winter the hiking trails and the proximity of the famous castles of Montastruc and Bellegarde. Come and explore this unique region and create unforgettable memories.

Featuring 3 spacious bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and 2 toilets, Oasis of greenery in Périgord can accommodate up to 6 people, guaranteeing everyone a privileged space. Air conditioning ensures optimal comfort while our fully equipped kitchen will allow you to cook delicious meals using regional products, which you will discover on the surrounding markets. The room on the ground floor can accommodate a person with reduced mobility (without a wheelchair), thus offering a comfortable and friendly stay.

Relax in our pool on a hot summer day or simply enjoy the panoramic view from our terrace. The meadows, rocks and century-old trees present on the property add a touch of mystery to our environment, inviting you to explore nature in complete serenity. During your stay, you will have access to the entire house: living room, dining area, fully equipped kitchen, bedroom on the ground floor and its bathroom with double sink and a first toilet. (Only my office will remain closed). The laundry room includes a storage space for storing food, a washing machine, a dryer and a second refrigerator for drinks. Upstairs you will find 2 additional bedrooms with another bathroom with double sink, bathtub and a second toilet.

The house is equipped with Fiber, you can contact me by video from several applications. Do not hesitate to call me for any questions or assistance needed during your stay.

Living nearby, Élodie and Guillaume are available on site to meet your needs and ensure the maintenance of the house throughout the year, the garden and the swimming pool during the summer (from June to September).

🏊‍♀️ Swimming pool

The pool measures 8x4m , is unheated and treated with chlorine. It is equipped with a submerged shutter, which we advise you to operate after each swim. This not only preserves the heat of the water, but also ensures your peace of mind.

Access to the swimming pool is permitted until 10 p.m. We thank you for respecting the peace and quiet of our neighbors by avoiding any noise pollution after this time.

The swimming pool is open during the summer season, from June to September . However, for longer stays, it can be opened on request in May , October , or even November , depending on weather conditions.

🔥 Barbecue and outdoor equipment

A stone barbecue is at your disposal for delicious outdoor meals. Wood and a bag of charcoal are also provided. We thank you for replacing the bag of charcoal before your departure, in order to allow our next travelers to fully enjoy the facilities.

Deckchairs and equipment for enjoying the sun are also available for moments of relaxation.

🏡✨Cleaning fees + 🛏️ rental of household linen (€190 included)

The €190 corresponds to the cleaning costs, which also include the rental of household linen, namely:

• Sheets and sheet covers
• Duvet covers
• Pillowcases
• Bath towels and terry towels
• Shower mat
• Kitchen towels
• Hand towels

This fee covers the preparation of the house before your arrival as well as general maintenance at the end of your stay.

🚗 Charging electric vehicles

€20 per week per vehicle. For any electric vehicle recharge a flat rate will be applied. Only the socket provided for this purpose must be used. The use of unsuitable domestic sockets is prohibited to avoid any electrical risk.

Rules regarding parties and evenings

Parties and evenings are strictly prohibited. in the house. For the sake of peace and respect for our neighbors, we ask you to ensure that the number of people present does not exceed the capacity provided for in the reservation. Our neighbor, who lives nearby, can tell us the number of travelers on place.
